Tangling is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create awesome images by drawing structured patterns or ‘doodling’. Anyone can Tangle, it can be drawn as exact or as rough, as big or small, crooked or straight – there is no right nor wrong way to Tangle
Tangling is a freedom, well-being and complete focus on what you are doing with no thought or worry about anything else, creating a meditation/mindfulness activity.
Anything is Possible One Stroke at a Time
At first glance, a Tangle creation can seem intricate and complicated. But, when you learn how it is done, you realise how simple it is . . . sort of like learning the secret behind a magic trick. Then, when you create a piece of Tangle art, you realise how fun and engrossing the process itself is.
Sandra enjoys teaching Tangling to anyone who is convinced they can't draw – then, within around 30 minutes, they have easily accomplished what they thought was impossible. Her favourite moment is when she takes the person’s Tangled art they have just done, holds it back from them to view – they are always amazed at what they have created.
It is then she asks, "What else do you know that you can't do?"
